The children in Year 5 have spent time working on a project for this website.
First they visited the local market to buy vegetables,
they used the vegetables to create fantastic pictures based on the work of Giuseppe Arcimboldo
and then they cooked the vegetables to make a wonderful soup.
Below is some of the artwork they created.
First the children created faces using the vegetables,
then they tried to recreate the faces using paper.
The children at Kudawella also had fun with their food
and made a pattern from the vegetables they were using.
